Please be advised—By attending Bingo at the Mt. Vernon Columbus Club, Inc. (hereafter "Club”) during the COVID-19 pandemic, you fully and completely understand that you assume the risk of being exposed to and possibly contracting the viral disease caused by a coronavirus known as SARS-​CoV-2.  You hereby forever release and waive any right to bring suit and/or pursue any legal claims whatsoever against the Club and its’ officers, directors, managers, trustees, agents, volunteers, and/or employees if you are exposed to and/or contract this viral disease while on Club premises, and you do ​so freely and voluntarily.
